Terms of Service

GrindLens provides LeetCode profile analysis, pattern coverage, practice recommendations and DSA sheet tracking. These terms describe use of the service and its current paid-access model. By using GrindLens, you agree to these terms.

GrindLens is an independent platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by LeetCode. LeetCode and linked practice resources remain subject to their own terms.

You can create an account using email and password or supported Google/GitHub sign-in. Keep your sign-in credentials and account links private. Use an account and email address you control; connect only a LeetCode profile you are entitled to manage.

Account settings let you change your display name, manage your linked LeetCode profile and choose profile visibility. Profiles are public by default. Review the Privacy Policy before linking a profile or using public analysis.

Use GrindLens for legitimate learning and preparation. Do not attempt to access another person’s private account data, impersonate an account owner, bypass access checks or payment verification, or disrupt the service with abusive automated requests.

Some actions require authentication, linked-profile verification or Pro access. Request limits may temporarily block repeated activity. A profile being visible on LeetCode does not give you access to another user’s private GrindLens records.

Current Pro passes cost ₹99 for 30 days or ₹799 for 365 days. Purchases are charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Review the selected pass and the amount shown at checkout before paying; see Pricing for the current offering.

These are fixed-duration passes with no automatic renewal or recurring debit. Pro access is activated after the backend verifies the payment signature and the order’s account, plan and amount. Contact support if a payment or access status appears incorrect.

Checkout is blocked while you already have active Pro access. Your account returns to Free when paid access expires; expiry does not delete your stored account or progress.

If you were charged but access did not activate, or you believe a payment is duplicate or incorrect, contact grindlens.support@gmail.com with your order or payment reference. Do not send card details, passwords or verification tokens.

GrindLens currently has no self-service refund or cancellation flow and no published fixed refund window. This page does not promise refund eligibility or a processing deadline. Payment disputes and refund requests need support review; deleting your account does not initiate a refund. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable law.

Scores, recommendations and pattern evidence are preparation aids, not a guarantee of skill, interview performance or employment. Manual check-offs and progress inputs may be self-reported. Public LeetCode submission history is limited, so analysis may be incomplete or stale even after a successful sync.

Features depend on upstream LeetCode responses, sign-in providers, email delivery and payment services. Outages, rate limits and changes to those services can affect access or updates. GrindLens does not promise uninterrupted availability or complete historical coverage.

You can delete your account from Settings while signed in. Follow the confirmation shown in the interface. Deletion removes account-owned records, including stored progress and local payment-access records. This also removes access to that account’s remaining Pro pass.

Deletion does not erase every analytics event or third-party record. Unlinking a LeetCode account also preserves its stored history. See the retention and deletion explanation before deleting or unlinking.
